Engineering Services & Contracts

Commercial engineering, AWS installations, sensor calibration, embedded systems prototyping, and software development are governed by specific service agreements and statement-of-work (SOW) documents.

Aviation & Skydiving Disclaimers

Helipad Buddy, Sora, and weather-related tools provide supplemental situational awareness only. They are not primary flight instrumentation, certified altimeters, audibles, or automatic activation devices (AAD). Flight-critical and jump decisions remain the sole responsibility of the certified pilot or skydiver.

Software Tools Provided "As-Is"

Free utility tools, including Astronomy DATA Console, BarahBatti, and Expense Divider, are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind.

Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sonipat, Haryana.
